Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Feralbase Auction ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To place bids, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Bidding Rules

• All bids are binding and cannot be retracted once placed.
• The highest bid at the close of an auction wins, subject to any reserve price.
• Feralbase reserves the right to cancel bids or auctions at its discretion.
• Bid sniping protection may extend auction end times if bids are placed near closing.

5. Payment

Winning bidders agree to pay the full amount of their winning bid plus any applicable fees, taxes, and shipping costs. Payment is due within 48 hours of auction close unless otherwise specified.

6. Limitation of Liability

Feralbase provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
